The Journey 
We understand so much about ourselves from these readings today. Our sinful nature wants to believe the lie that God’s plans for us are not good. We still believe Satans lie whenever we try to do things our way.
But here too is the first glimpse of grace. God’s promise of someone who will break this cycle of sin in our lives by undoing this curse.
